Ingredients
1 chicken cut up into 8 pieces 1 small onion sliced 2 cloves of garlic minced 1 bottle Bar B Q sauce 2 tbsp butter Salt & Pepper to taste 1/2 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a large hot skillet (frying pan) heat butter till melted and add in onions and garlic. Lay chicken pieces in skin side down Salt & Pepper. After about 4 minutes, flip chicken to other side to brown. Remove chicken and onions from skillet to a large roasting pan that has been treated with non stick cooking spray. Pour bottle of sauce over chicken and onions. Add in 1/2 cup water. Cover the pan with tin foil and bake for 1 hour. The meat will be fall off the bone.
