This is a recipe I tasted one morning when a work mate unwrapped her breakfast to have with her morning coffee. She invited me to try it and I found it so delicious that I insisted on the recipe which I am sharing with you now. This particular recipe came from her Auntie's recipe book in Jamaica. The loaf is very moist and delicious but if you are anything like me, especially for breakfast or a light snack, I like to slather on the butter for an especially rich treat.
